Covid & Visitor Restrictions

Sheridan Community Hospital continues to monitor the status of COVID-19 at the local, state and national level, although the reporting requirements for COVID-19 has eased and the number of cases has greatly decreased, the health and safety of our community and patients is our primary focus.

As of May 6, 2023, Sheridan Community Hospital will allow visitors, in all departments, at the discretion of the nurse/physician overseeing the patients care. This means a mask is not required unless health care staff indicate otherwise. If a visitor has symptoms, they will not be allowed to visit with the patient.

We continually strive to make improvements so that your health care experience is second to none!

Masks

For patients coming to the ED wishing to be seen who have signs and symptoms, face coverings are still required.
